Many of my regular guests know I have not been well for several years. It has become too difficult to keep up the workload of the bed and breakfast. Imagine how many eggs I have cracked!
Breakfast, for me, was my creative time of the morning. I took great pleasure in ensuring a quality breakfast for my guests, every vegetable was diced and cheese grated, etc. in my own kitchen. Where possible I supported local, organically grown food and dairy producers.
Minto Manor B&B brought me much joy and happiness. The trust formed between my guests and myself was the cornerstone of my business and I was honored to share my home with you. In turn, you shared your stories, you shared your joy and laughter, and sometimes your tears.
